Vacation Apartment Freiburg Kappel

Beautiful, quietly located one-room apartment on the top floor with separate bathroom Near the forest in Freiburg-Kappel for 2-4 people - please contact me if you have any questions about the number of people. Max. 2 adults and 2 small children. New and comfortably furnished, good access to public transport and very good parking in front of the house. There is also a general practitioner's doctor's office in the house. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, skiing or other sporting activities around Freiburg, the Dreisamtal or the Black Forest. Also ideal for a vacation with your dog, as there are many different run areas within a few minutes. During the holiday season, I ask for your understanding that I prefer a minimum rental period of 3 days.
For more than 2 people, I charge an extra charge! The same applies to the dog!

Very clean. Comfortable bed with extra blankets and sheets. Easy parking out the front. Shower was awkward due to the sloping ceiling, and the resulting shower curtain arrangement. Location and proximity to the highway were excellent for us. Good supermarket a short drive or good walk away.

wonderful apartment on the edge of the black forest
quiet, very well equipped, sunny, friendly and unobtrusive management. Double bed, sitting area, kitchen. Suitable for 2-3 people. on the top floor of a 3 floor building under the roof, with low ceilings on the outside walls. Would be better to move bed to outside wall so you wouldn't have to stoop to get around it. A bit out of the way, but good public transportation connections. The first floor is a doctor's practice, which proved very useful when I got sick. They just called up the stairs when my test results came back. would definitely recommend and return (although a big attraction for us was that our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren lived one block away)

Urlaub am Schauinsland
Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage, die wir zwischen Freiburg und Kirchzarten verbringen konnten. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt in einer Ferienwohnung wird. Wenn es sehr heiß im Breisau wurde, war der Hochschwarzwald eine erfrischende Alternative. Wenn es in den Höhen etwas windiger wird, ist das Markgräflerland mit den Weinwandewegen und -dörfern schnell erreichbar. In jeden Fall kann in Freiburg immer Kultur und Shopping (wer letzteres kann) genossen werden. Alles in Allem: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen. Dachgeschosswohnung dringend renovierungsbedürftig
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und animiert zum Wanderurlaub. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber: es wären einmal dringend bauliche und technische Veränderungen und Umbaumaßnahmen erforderlich. Internet nur bedingt erreichbar. Decken so niedrig, dass ein Mensch von ca. 1,80 m Größe mit lauter Beulen nach Hause fährt. Badezimmer unmöglich.

Prima verblijf voor wandeling in het Schwarzwald
Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar over in- & uitchecken. Goed verzorgde accomodatie. Hoewel het hier een zolderetage betreft boven een artsen praktijk, hebben wij daar geen hinder van ondervonden. Heerlijk vanuit het huis direct het bos in of anders op Schauinsland diverse wandelingen maken, het kan allemaal! EDEKA op een bakfiets lopen, maar je kan ook met de bus of je eigen auto natuurlijk. Laadpaal op 5 minuten lopen vh station (max. 480 minuten achtereen te gebruiken daarna volgt boetetarief) en ook de EDEKA heeft 2 snel laadpalen. Kortom heerlijke plek voor een kort tripje in het Schwarzwald!

Schöner Aufenthalt am Rande von Freiburg
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Kappel genossen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung und Betreuung durch die Verwalterin war sehr gut. Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben, ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Wanderungen können von dort aus direkt unternommen werden und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art.

Alles ok . Für Langschläfer vielleicht etwas laut im Haus, weil im Erdgeschoss eine Arztpraxis ist und es morgens um halb 8 mit dem Betrieb dort losgeht . Ansonsten alles prima !

Der Check In und der Check Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr freundliche, sympathische und angenehme Person, die mir alle Fragen beantwortet hat. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und wirklich super hübsch. Auch die Lage ist super. Wenige Schritte bis man im Wald bzw an einer Bushaltestelle ist. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
