BEACHFRONT! FRONT ROWYou'll love this UNOBSTRUCTED retreat for your entire family and friends, to make wonderful memories. You have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home sleeps 8-10 guest comfortably. You have beautiful unobstructed views of the beach from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are two deck areas with gorgeous views of the Gulf. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy, ya'll have fun
The space
The house is right on the beach. Walk in the frontdoor, out the back, and you are on the beach! There are fabulous views of the Gulf from the oversized island and the master bedroom. The views from both decks are spectacular. Please enjoy one of the comfy
lounge chairs!
Other things to note
There 2 canopies 5 chairs 2 umbrellas, and beach balls in the bunk room closet.
We also have for your relaxation 2 hammocks. Just please
remove sand and put back in closet.

Incredible location!! The view was spectacular!! The house was perfect for our annual girls trip (5 moms). We loved the decor and ease of checking in and out. The house was the perfect size for our group. We will definitely book here again.

Beach house with the family

The place is very cozy and nice. Right on the beach. We enjoy our stay very much. The host, Brad, was very quick in communication. Our family would come back and stay at this place again in the future.

Spring Break Fun

Great house right on the beach. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the waves roll in and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Our teenagers loved the quick access to the beach and the beach supplies provided.

Great location and hosts!

Wonderful stay. The entire home is well thought out and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk with a personal sidewalk and small section of beach to yourselves. Wonderful communication with the hosts and just a great little place. We would stay here again!

Front Golf of Mexico views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in process was very easy, the house was clean and smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The house is pretty spacious and I loved the decor. The owners have great communication, they respond promptly. The communication has nothing to do with complaints or concerns just a question here and there and we got answers rapidly and very helpful. They provide with more than most places we have stayed and we just had a lovely time there, definitely recommend and we will definitely be back again.

Perfect location and size

We are a family of 4 and we had a very relaxing 4 days at this location. The hosts were prompt in answering all our questions, the house was clean and in order, the location was perfect, and close to restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into spending a relaxed time at the beach.

July 4th

The overall stay was very nice. Nice views,close to aot of different places. There was a couple of amenities that weren't there. There was no fire pit and I had brought some wood to burn and there was no private walkway as stated. The one that was there ended into the dunes where signage was to beware of snakes

Perfect ocean front getaway.

House was exactly as stated. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids and family dog. Host was one of the best you’ll deal with. Very prompt and friendly.

Nice time on the gulf

This is a great little spot for a weekend getaway. Right on the water, easy access to the beach, cant beat it. The house is well appointed, and thankfully they have the easiest beach canopy in the world to put up, bc youll need it to maximiza your enjoyment. For those doing priper grocery shopping there is a wonderful HEB about 15 minites away. Ill definitely be back.

The perfect place

This was the perfect house for us. Loved everything about it. Location was great, decorated so cute, it was simple and felt so homey. We will stay here again. We love Surfside beach. The town is small and non commercial. Perfect for a get away. My husband and I celebrated 45 years together. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I would highly recommend this house to rent.

Jeep Weekend

We had a family friendly Jeep weekend stay and it was almost perfect! A little issue checking in, missing key in key box but resolved in about an hour, so just delayed check in. Owner did potentially offer to extend checkout but it wasn’t feasible for our trip. The house was clean but they didn’t leave a broom to sweep up sand. They also didn’t have extra trash bags. Other than the two small things the beach house was a great location, very homey and comfortable for the 10 guests. We would stay here again!

Awesome beach house

Location was great. Traffic in the area was not bad at all. House was perfect for us. Open layout was great. Had everything we needed. Master bed very comfortable. Agree with previous review that beach access bridge next to house was a better option for us than the one attached to the house as we preferred not to walk so close to the grassy area/"dune brush" due to signs that warned of potential snakes. Was never a problem though. Still very convenient. Views from porch were amazing. Loved sitting on the cute chairs having family time. We arrived on a Sunday and were surprised to see all the cars on the beach, it was very crowded. However, Monday thru Thursday was complete opposite. Very peaceful. Communication with owner was very good. 100% would rent again.

Great Location!

Great location with easy access to the beach! Beautiful view and so convenient that you really don’t need to haul anything other than your chairs and drinks to relax by the water. You will likely want to use the neighboring walk over to the beach, as the one attached to the house ends at the dunes, and there are warning of snakes (rattlesnakes) in the grassy dunes. We had some issues with the hot water, missing hair dryers, and broken appliances. However, Brad was very quick to respond and remedy the issues. The home needs a very thorough deep cleaning as there were several issues that only happen by neglect, especially in the bathrooms. I don’t blame the owner b/c they pay a service to clean. I did let Brad know, and I feel like he will address that situation as well b/c it can’t be fixed if they aren’t aware. Despite these issues, we had a great time. I would stay here again, if the cleanliness issues are addressed.

Lovely getaway with a front row view of the beach!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, but we brought our own spices. The back porch faces the waves, perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Recommend you bring water and ice. Our dog loved chasing sticks on the beach, which was a very short walk away. Brad was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions. It would be nice if the back porch door had a swinging closer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay just steps from the beach

The house was great, right on the beach and nicely furnished with everything we needed. We w ere able to bring our dog, who loved running in the sand. Our hosts responded to our questions very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beaching from the porch!

Very happy with the house and process! 4 of us celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. I was worried about dad getting around but they stayed in the larger room and had no trouble navigating around the house or their large bathroom. Seriously front row seats of the beach! We only got sandy when we wanted to. House was very nicely furnished, linens were fine and kitchen well supplied. If you are doing any cooking bring all ingredients. My only real advice is bring WATER! You will want to use it to make coffee and even brush your teeth with. Plan ahead for restaurants, they are very sporadic on hours posted in Surfside but Lake Jackson was consistent. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.
