"Room was clean and good looking but was a lot smaller then expected, also there was no clear indication that the bathroom was a shared one when I booked the hotel."

"We had an amazing stay at The Orchard House. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful and special. We stayed in the Library Room. Very unique and spacious for 2 people. I am in love with the bed/mattress! The light breakfast served (coffee/tea, cereal, boiled eggs, juice, toast.etc) was perfect and a great way to start the day. The owner Bill (and his Mom Lynn owner of the vintage shop Folly) are fabulous. And the dogs, Bingo and Bay are the icing on the cake. Would definitely...

"We stayed at the Munroe Inn for 2 nights to watch the solar eclipse and it was phenomenal. Olga could not have been more helpful or responsive and Inn is so charming, clean, and comfortable. Safety is a concern of ours as well and the Inn is in a residential neighborhood and is well lit for evening arrivals. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. The young owners were gracious and interesting to talk with. We would have liked to have directions printed out for use of the TV and heating/cooling system in our room. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Breakfast was prepared well and very tasty. Very enjoyable stay."

"The house is very beautiful and lovingly maintained. It is set on a peninsula with views of the water looking both ways. The owner/manger was wonderful. Breakfast was great and we sat and talked over breakfast with her and her husband for almost four hours one day. We have never done that before. Great people. Great place. "We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The stairs were a bit scary, but with the light on, you'll be fine. :) Cozy spot for the three of us, well appointed and in a fantastic area. Very walkable, even down to the wharf. We are from a very non-walkable area, so it was amazing to see all the activity and places we could go just walking a bit. We enjoyed our first time in Maine, and can't wait to get back for a longer trip. Thanks to the hosts!"

"Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures."
