"They didn’t make the bed for room service. I thought they would. But it could be different in different hotel. One of the blinders was not working. The manager came to fix it but we had only two options: bring it up and never bring it down therefore unless I woke up before the sun I should be fine. Second was leave it the way it was, which means there’s no natural light during the day."

Para una noche está bien, tomando en consideración la cercanía al JFK, no obstante la ventilación y el calor nos impidieron dormir. Las áreas comunes estaban frescas, pero el aire acondicionado en los cuartos no servía. Me hubiera quedado en una zona más segura y aunque hubiese tenido que levantarme más temprano para ir al aeropuerto hubiésemos dormido mejor. No volvería y la noche costó más de 200 dólares, nada económico."

"This establishment is advertised as a "Hotel" on your platform, when in fact it is a "Motel". We were scared! The strong smell of weed was always in the air. At 2am a man was banging at doors cursing, looking for someone named "Arianna". When he did find the woman, there was cursing of all types of profanities. This went on for more than half an hour. There were people having sex loudly at all intervals throughout the night. People were in and out, with doors banging closed, speaking/cursing all night. Around 4:30am a man was sloshing a large mop cleaning the floors. The bucket rattling through the halls. What hotel cable ties the iron to the ironing board!!?? I have pictures and video. We were forced to check out the next morning. The person at the front desk never apologized for all that went on after she was informed. She said the person that was banging on the doors was drunk, and he was checking out that day. He was NOT a guest there. He was going door to door looking for "Arianna". It is not safe there and Expedia is putting lives in danger having this location on their platform. I intend to go to whatever company or agency to get my refund and make others aware of the dangers of this motel."

"Very good neighborhood hotel. Perfect for visiting our son who lived nearby. Convenient to subway. Not fancy, but clean, good shower, comfortable. Free coffee and tea was a big bonus. Nice staff. We will be back."

"Called ahead like instructed about late check in. Arrived and was given a non balcony room. Immediately returned to front desk to inform them and they informed me the balcony room was not clean and would take 2-3 hours to be cleaned. I inquired about a partial refund as I was tired and could not wait. I was informed to email the manager as they were not on site and given a business card. I emailed the manager before leaving, properly checked out if the hotel and left the room extremely clean. Upon checkout I asked again about the partial refund, was told manager was not available and that I needed to contact the third party site directly for partial refund. No response to email sent to manager. I called hotel twice to speak w management and was told they were not on site. Contacted hotels.com about a partial refund. Hotels.com contacted the hotel to mediate and get them to approve refund. They provided every excuse in the book not to refund in addition to the room was left dirty. The room was left extremely clean. All linens on the bed, garbage in the trash can, used wet towels in the shower not on the bathroom floor. Management and staff here are a joke and liars. Beware there is a fire alarm box that is going off and was still going off when we checked out, no water in the coffee machine and an empty bottle of creamer. Elevator smells funny and they will try to push any room off on you and make cleaning staff not having rooms cleaned your problem. "
