"We stayed at Jess' place as a hub for visiting family on Long Island and for going into Manhattan for day-trips. The place was nice, clean and easy to access, and we slept wonderfully on the comfy mattresses. We would definitely recommend Jess' place for a stay."

"Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. We got to check in early and Deidre offered to let us stay a little longer on Monday the day we left. Communication was great and Deidre thought of everything...

"Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close)."
