"The experience was an 11/10. From the front desk being so helpful, giving food options and suggestions about travel. Mia along with her coworker were so personable and kind. The room was amazing. I don’t know if we got upgraded but the room was huge. We got the suite and all I could think of is how useful it would be if you wanted to bring the whole family. They had a king sized bed, queen wall bed, and queen sofa bed. Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed at. The views were amazing and it was so nice to walk to the river running alongside the hotel."

Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort

Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort

8/10 Good
"A great place to stay if you're looking for something a little off the beaten track, but still close enough to Zion national park (approx 15mins drive to the East entrance). A variety of activities on site to keep you entertained, some of which are free (kayaking, tennis) and some aren't. A decent onsite restaurant which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cabin was a good size for the two us and it had a small kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Parking right outside the cabin was handy. The website needs updating though as it promises a few things that weren't actually on offer when we arrived i.e. bike hire and paddleboards which was a shame. Maintenance and better general upkeep is required of the tennis and basketball courts too and in some other parts of the resort. The laundry room could do with a proper tidy up also. Not all the swimming pools were open either which was a shame."
