Best vacation house ever!

This property was absolutely perfect! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the house was so clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic accommodations

This house was fantastic for our group of 5. Perfect location, beds were comfy, love that each has its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast, hot tub was perfect, and we enjoyed the deer in the backyard in the mornings. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!

This property was even better than expected. The kitchen was huge, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. With three couples, we each had a room with king bed and ensuite, plus two more bathrooms! The porch and hot tub were so relaxing and the location was just up the road from everything on Main Street. Absolutely perfect stay!!

Girls Reunion Weekend

Beautiful home with plenty of space for 5 Women. Sparkling clean with large kitchen and good sized bedrooms and baths. Loved staying in this home. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

This is a great house. All the bedrooms have bathrooms attached & there is a half bath in hallway. It’s very well taken care of. Loved feeding the deer, corn they provided on back porch. It’s a perfect location.

Perfect place to stay!

This is a perfect property for four couples or less. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals and this property exceeded my expectations by far. The spacious floor plan along with the layout of the house just “works”. Having an adjoined bathroom to reach bedroom was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

Great Hoise

This house was perfect for our family trip with 7 adults. Everyone had their own space which was perfect. The house is spacious and beautiful for all of us to enjoy joy ourselves inside or outside on the beautiful porch. Thank you to our gracious host for the welcome wine. I highly recommend this house.

Awesome Property

The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of room for games and conversation, inside and outside. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and serving dishes. The location is excellent for exploring the town and different wineries as well as the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend without hesitation

Girlfriends' Week

“Wine Not” is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. The house is roomy and laid out very well. Two wonderful porches and hot tub. The family room with kitchen has a wonderful table that we all seemed to gravitate to. Will stay her again.

Perfect house for amazing girls weekend

There were 8 of us celebrating a birthday. House is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need, and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful backyard, we saw deer each morning and afternoon. Walking 2 blocks to downtown and if you go at night and don't want to walk home, easy inexpensive ride shares to talk you home. I would definitely stay again. We were only there 2 nights but wish we were there longer to really enjoy the house and back patio area.

Awesome House

This house is amazing! It’s in a great location, had ample parking, and was spotless!! There were four couples in our party and we all had more than enough privacy. Matter of fact, my husband who never sleeps late, slept until 10 am on Sunday! The hot tub was large enough for all of us. The outside seating front and back was so peaceful to have our morning coffee or evening cocktails. We will definitely return!!

Nice Blend of Town and Country

For a group of eight women, this house was perfect. Plenty of bathrooms gave us privacy for primping. There were personal touches such as tissue boxes and reading glasses throughout the home (for those of us over forty!) Well appointed with kitchen tools, bathroom necessities, cute decor and a couple of bottles of complimentary wine, the house felt like a home. It's a short walk to Main Street from the front door and outside the back of the house feels like back to nature as there are deer walking around Baron's Creek just behind the property. My friends we impressed and we would definitely choose it again.

BNB Lovers! Looking for the best with all of the convinces, Wine Not? will be our choice from now on! Spacious, not to mention the most beautiful fireplace to sit and relax in the great room! This is a 5+ Star Home

Everything about this home is perfection. Every bedroom is themed (so cute!), very comfortable bedding and each has an ensuite full bathroom which is impossibly difficult to find almost everywhere we've traveled. The kitchen is awesome for cooking and gathering as is the outdoor deck and hot tub. We saw 8 small deer feeding down the hill near the creek and luckily we had a small bag of corn which we threw to those that didn't scare off. My only regret is that we didn't stay a full week. We're from Florida but if we ever come back to the darling town of Fredericksburg it'll be to stay a week at Wine Not and tour the wineries. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!
