The Space:

Once surrounded by acres of peach and pecan trees, this home now offers a perfect blend of history, comfort, and modern amenities. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, girls’ trip, bachelorette weekend, or small retreat, this inviting space has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Inside, the home features four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed with luxurious king and queen beds, high-end linens, extra pillows, and plush blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gathering, with comfy seating, a large-screen TV, and a fully stocked game cabinet. The kitchen is designed for entertaining, offering plenty of cookware, serving dishes, and glassware, as well as a coffee and tea station to start your mornings off right. A large dining table expands to seat 10, making shared meals even more special.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you’ll find a heated pool and bubbling hot tub, surrounded by loungers, an outdoor sectional, and umbrellas for shade. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (heated between 80-90 degrees free of charge during Mar 1st –Dec 31st). If temps drop below 45°F for extended periods of time, the heater may turn off temporarily, but the hot tub is always ready for a warm soak!
