The Birdhouse - Hot Tub, Pool & Fire Pit!

Summary:
The Birdhouse is a newly renovated house located less than half a mile from Main St. Our home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a make-up area, a private backyard with a patio, a fire pit, a brand new hot tub and a cowboy pool!

The home has one king and two queen beds and a very comfortable couch. It also features a TV, high speed WiFi, a washer / dryer and a full kitchen with brand new appliances!

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

If you’re planning to bring a furry friend along, we’re happy to allow dogs (sorry, no cats). For larger dogs over 50 pounds, we kindly ask that you limit it to one pet per stay. For smaller dogs, up to two pets are welcome.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg

One of the best rentals I've ever stayed at! Listing and photos are accurate, communication was clear, courteous, and throrough, property was clean and well cared for, backyard amenities were wonderful, and it was all just a walk away from downtown. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent host

Stayed at the birdhouse for a short girls' weekend and had a fabulous time. The house is as promised - close to Main (we drove but walking was not unreasonable), accommodations were comfortable. The street was calm and peaceful. Would absolutely stay again!

Fun, relaxing stay.

Cozy, cute house in good location. Stayed 5 nights and had lots to do in the area and best of all, we got to bring our dogs. Communication was great with property owner and we enjoyed easy checkin and out. Instructions were clear and the local recommendations were helpful. I would be happy to stay here or at another of the owners' properties when next in Fredericksburg.

Highly recommend The Birdhouse for your stay in Fredericksburg! Clean, spacious, impeccable taste in decor, comfy beds for a good nights sleep! Such a cozy little spot! A few friends and I stayed here for the night and absolutely loved it. The place was super cute, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was fantastic and in a quiet area. It was perfect for my wife, 8 month old baby, and dog. If the weather was cooler, we would’ve definitely enjoyed the backyard, but instead, decided to stay in and relax in the cool ac at night. The king size bed was comfortable. The Birdhouse will definitely be where we book next time to FBG, and would be perfect for our 5 and 2.5 year old boys!
