Summary:
Escape to Sunnyside Creek! Enjoy our newly renovated home in a great neighborhood, just a short 1 mile walk to Main St. Relax in the spacious living room, dine al fresco on the private patio with grill & fire pit, and unwind in the hot tub. Our home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably with 1 king, 2 queens, 3 twins & a sectional couch. With 5 TVs, high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, full kitchen & pet-friendly policy, we have everything you need for a perfect getaway!

The Space:
The home features 3 full bedrooms, a beautiful loft area (designed as bedroom 4), 2 full baths, a spacious living room, a dining area, a large private backyard with a patio and outdoor dining area, a grill, a fire pit and plenty of lawn games such as horse shoes and cornhole!

Guest Access:
There's plenty of space for parking in both the driveway as well as on the street in front of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

House is clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to main street. We enjoyed playing corn hole in the back yard. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

I will definitely stay here again while in Fredericksburg. Great location to the downtown area. The house was clean and so cute . It fit all our needs for our large group of ten! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but the backyard was great and we even saw deer both nights ! Thanks for a great stay!

Wow! Just Wow!

Exceptional property! Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that everything was right with the stay, and every detail was well attended to. TVs in every room. Fast WiFi! Recommendations on what to see and do in the area. I recommend this place heartily, and without reservation!

Spacious, clean, great location.

Charming home on quiet street. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. Lots of closets and dressers. All the appliances were in perfect working condition. The home was stocked with enough essentials for our 4 night stay ~ coffee, filters, dish soap, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels and more. The property manager checked on us during on stay to let us know he was there should a problem arise. I would recommend this home and will return on my next visit.

Perfect house for a bachelorette or big group of friends

Joe the owner was really nice and very easy to reach. The house is super cute, perfect for a big group, I had a group of 9 girls and we all had our own bed or max 2 people per bed, no one had to stay on the couch and we were all comfortable. It’s a perfect house for hosting a big group. Clean home, nothing was broken, all appliances/tvs worked, they had towels and toiletries for the guests. It’s a cute neighborhood, and close to everything! I 100% recommend it! Especially for a Bach party which is why I rented. Thank you joe again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Weekend Getaway with Young Adult Children
