Outside of in town! Perfect

Olivia and I truly enjoyed our stay, near to town and far enough out to be truly peaceful. Accommodations are excellent. The Hosts had all things in order. I did think I needed to set my alarm however; the deer were always waiting on me for those little magic yellow pellets at the back porch.

This place is even better than advertised! It’s charming and welcoming. Super clean everywhere. Lynn and Jerry have created a gem here. I definitely want to go back when we can stay longer. Wonderful inside and out.

Wonderful!

This property is breathtaking! You’re nestled away in a neighborhood that is only about 5 minutes from Main Street, but you feel like you are on your own private land. The deer and wildlife are AMAZING! The deer would come up within 10 feet of us (there’s a fence) and stay for hours! The house is clean, spacious, and so cozy! It’s updated but still has a very neat historical feel to it. The hosts are amazing and so very kind. Would definitely book this again, and several of our friends have asked for the home’s information too. Worth it!

Fredericksburg treasure!

We loved Fredericksburg and found Lynn and Jerry's cottage to be the perfect place to call home while exploring its rich history, great restaurants, quaint shops and breweries! The cottage is perfectly located in that it is close to Town yet very private. It is also very nicely furnished, comfortable and had everything that we needed and then some! Needless to say we really appreciated how super clean the house was. We highly recommend this home; thank you so much for sharing it with us!!

Wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy and beautiful. Deer come to the fence every morning and afternoon. The Hosts were beyond wonderful and so inviting. My husband and I will come back.

Beautiful Cottage

Very clean and beautiful cottage with lots of amenities. Close to many activities and shopping in and near to Fredericksburg. Property manager was very helpful and proactive about suggesting things to do.

Quiet & Perfect Fredericksburg Stay

This was our second time staying at Spotted Fawn cottage- we actually planned our trip around a week that it was available. The hosts provide wonderful hospitality, a beautiful cottage, and great communication. It is easily the nicest vrbo we have ever spent time at.

Wife's birthday

The process was simple and the hosts instructions were very easy to follow. The stay was amazing in every way to the cleanliness of the property to feeding the deer every morning and dusk. It was really close to main street so going out during the day to see Fredericksburg and returning at night was a huge plus. Lynne and Jerry were the best hosts and they made our stay very pleasant and wonderful! Will definitely be booking with them again in the future
