This quaint one room cottage is located two and one-half mile from Main Street, just a short drive into the country. The Pot-Belly Stove Cottage, with its country décor, is a comfortable one-story private guesthouse surrounded by oak trees and with vistas of the wooden ranch land across the road. This freshly remodeled cottage is the perfect cozy retreat replete with wood like tile floors, queen-bed, cushy love-seat sofa, antiques and a small potbelly stove.

The queen-bed is topped with a duvet cover and fluffy pillows. Cuddle up on the sofa and enjoy the coziness from the stove while watching television or enjoying some soft music. Antiques, country décor and keepsakes are found throughout the cabin. The coffeebar is completed with microwave, small refrigerator, coffeemaker and snacks.

The Pot-Belly Stove Cottage is ideal for any couple. You will enjoy the cottage's private entry and stone-laid patio shaded by oaks. Relax on the tree hung swing by the small pond and watch the deer come to feed. Enjoy Fredericksburg's extraordinary sunsets and stroll along the country roads and relax under the peaceful star filled nights.

A wonderful, cozy cottage.

This is such a cozy cottage if you want to stay a little bit out of town In fact you are in the “country” but only about 4minutes from Main St. The cottage was decorated perfectly, super clean, and stocked with snacks, drinks, and wine. It also offers a nice outdoor seating area. If you get up early enough, you will enjoy the deer on the property.

This was the perfect get away for us. Very cute comfy cottage, loved the patio nice for sitting , reading, watching the deer and resident kitties. So very peaceful, little pond, flowering trees, just so pretty and relaxing. Inside is very nice, delicious bluebrrry bread, and good wine provided by the nicest hostess. The countrydecor antiques added to the charm. Everything was great, very clean. Will plan on visiting again. Out of all the bed and breakfast places we've stayed in in Fredericksburg this is our favorite

Great, quiet place, close to town

We had an amazing weekend staying in the pot belly cottage. The room was clean, and the hospitality by the owners was amazing. It was close enough to down town, but far enough away you could see animals and have peace and quiet. The pictures don’t do it justice! They have made updates since the pictures were posted. If you log into Vrbo and map the house from there rather the address sent to your email, it will take you to the neighbors cottage.

Great Stay!
