Very Baby Friendly

Everything was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to stay. We had two babies and we brought our own pack and plays for their sleep and the closets were plenty big enough for them to have a quiet and dark space for naps and sleeps. The hosts were very great at communicating! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Cute Property in a Great Location

We were in Fredricksburg celebrating my birthday and this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. In a great location for downtown shopping and restaurants but not to far to enjoy everything Luckenbach has to offer. Property was clean and host a as easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The house has a great layout with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. It’s a convenient location to wineries and Main Street. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Girls Trip Getaway

My girlfriends and I had a great time and this rental was perfect for us. Spacious, clean and well appointed. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine that was left out for us. The location was lovely as it was just a short drive/uber ride to main st!mainmainstarstreet

Great place!

We had a quick 1 night stay in Fredericksburg, for a concert in Luckenbach. This place was new, clean, great location and perfect for the two couples that were staying. The host was very good about answering questions and sending check in instructions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Just a few minutes to downtown. Spacious two bedroom condo with most everything you need. If I would add anything, it would be a toaster.

Stylish comfort

The place is very well equipped, the host is responsive and the 2 bathrooms go a long way towards a comfortable stay. My only recommendation is to get there before sunset the first day as it is a little difficult to find the place the first time if there's no light.

What a wonderful property

My sister & brother-in-law met us for a Christmas shopping weekend and we all stayed in this comfortable, clean and quiet condo. We cooked one meal and the kitchen was great. We appreciated the two separate bathrooms, as well as all the big TVs and electronics plug-ins...and of course, the complimentary bottle of wine! Parking right outside the door was helpful for my brother-in-law. Ottomans in the living room are the only things that we found missing.

Overnight stay in Fredericksburg

The unit was nice but a few things were needing attention. The 2nd bathroom shower head had a build up of calcium from the hard water that it barely had any water coming out. Our guests that traveled with us used our main bathroom shower in order to get a decent shower. Some other minor things were noticed and photos were sent to the host who immediately responded that they were aware of it and were in the process of working to fix them. Overall it was a nice place but in need of a little better maintenance.

Difficult to identify the property as the name was partially covered by bushes. Also, the houses are not facing or close to the named street, only a street entrance. Once there, the property was good. Very clean and spacious. This being allergy season would have been nice to have tissues in couple of rooms, but toilet paper worked. Having hot water in front bathroom was issue. Glad there were two bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable which is a plus as my experience with b&b's that is not always the case. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Instructions were provided was a good idea to locate linens, etc. All in all, a good property, quiet and feels secluded to be located in city.

Father’s Day weekend

Very nice property, had all the amenities we needed. Only one issue, your Keurig machine did not work. But Starbucks close by saved the morning, lol! Seriously, it was very homey, and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows!

Overall, the unit was fine with a couple of exceptions. The master bedroom bed seems small and was quite squeaky, so we didn't sleep very well. Also, the ad read 'Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine when you stay at HCH', however, when we arrived, there was no bottle on the counter, so I contacted the host. That's when I learned a minimum 2-night stay was required for the wine. This wouldn't affect my decision to stay somewhere, but it bothered me that the ad wasn't transparent prior to booking.
