This spacious country style home offers all the charm and ambience of classic Fredericksburg, with the added convenience and comfort of modern updates and amenities! Guests can enjoy the onsite recreation room with a wet bar, the private gym with attached steam room, or the spacious outdoor entertainment area complete with a gas fire-pit, private hot tub, and dining table. Inside the home are two cozy Queen bedrooms, plus a loft with two twin trundle beds, bringing the total occupancy of this chic cottage to 8 guests! The fully outfitted kitchen offers an assortment of small appliances and cooking essentials, plus a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use. Relax and rejuvenate in front of the living room fireplace, or enjoy a starry Texas night in the private backyard!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
