Staff seemed disorganized and their system was down, so trouble checking in. Public area not well maintained. Room was musty and hard beds. No nearby restaurants.

We travel with a dog and request a first floor room which they have accommodated us with. Checkin is very easy . I love that the room has no carpet because it makes the room feel cleaner. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size. The refrigerator is a good size but lacks a freezer section. We travel with ice packs for the cooler and would like to be able to refreeze them. There is a good area to walk the dog behind the fence by Walmart or around the property too. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. The hotel is in a great location to access many attractions in the Fredericksburg area. We have stayed twice while visiting Fredericksburg and will stay again the next time we visit.

Had an excellent stay for a weekend get away. Just a 6 minute drive and you are where all the little shops and restaurants are. Would say there needs to be more places/hooks to hang a towel in the bathroom, at least the hand towel. Other than that, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

They did not have the room ready, Gave me a new room and then kicked us out of that room the next morning
Staff was very unprofessional and threatened us.
Next day they apologize and even offer some compensation

This property was clean and bed very comfortable. The only thing I would comment on are street traffic noise and my room air conditioner., which worked but upon shutting off it continued to hum all night.

Great location. Limited breakfast options. The staff didn’t have name tags, the restrooms in the lobby was dirty. The side entrance door had a broken lock. The room was smaller than expected.

Carpet in the room and hallways needed cleaning. Take slippers for the room or your feet will stick to the carpet.
Maids (the one I tried to talk to) don’t speak English so if you need a towel or something forget about it.

We were able to do slightly earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I was bummed that the pool was kind of dirty with leaves in it and it was cold. The hot tub (main reason besides price to choose this facility) was not working. The part to repair was supposed to come in while we were there but alas, it was not repaired while we were there. Breakfast was good. Floor was quiet. Would stay there again... but call to confirm the hot tub first. :)

The staff was helpful and friendly.
The facilities are much more akin to 79.00 a night versus the 160.00 ish that we paid.
The room had a horrible “damp/musty” smell that did not go away the entire 3 night stay we had. The AC also seemed to have trouble cooling the room.
The lighting for the room was totally inadequate.
We could also hear dogs barking and there were a couple of “tense” moments in the hallway between strangers dogs.
We could also hear children jumping around and running up and down the halls…
Overall a very poor experience for nearly 600.00
We will not stay here again and would not recommend anyone else stay here either.
Oh yeah, the pool was also closed and they didn’t say any about it during the booking, just a sign on the front desk.

Absolutely disappointed.
Tv remote didn’t work, beds were very old and broken, walls were thin and we heard drunk ladies all night, it smelled like cigarettes, front desk impossible to reach, poor “pet friendly” policies
From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was very clean and friendly staff. I recommend this to anyone traveling to Fredericksburg, Tx.
Spent four nights at this facility. When we arrived the hot tub was not working or the waffle maker for breakfast. At the end of the stay it still remained the same. Also told the front desk of the 1st morning there that the sink stopper was missing - still missing four days later.
