    Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

    - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
    - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
    1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
    2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
    If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

A great VRBO!

Kleines Weinhaus was a great place to stay - very comfortable, clean and well-furnished. It's very close to the shops and restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend with a friend

A friend and I stayed here for a weekend get away. The property was fantastic. Close to Main Street, had comfy beds and a wonderful hot tub. Would recommend!

Great Location and Lovely Home

This rental was a great location, close to downtown and to all the things we were wanting to attend. It was a lovely home with large bedrooms and the fenced in yard was a nice convenience for our dog. The neighborhood was also good for daily walks with our dog. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place!!

This house was perfect for my friend & my retreat! We loved the house and the neighborhood was quiet. The bedrooms were VERY spacious. The living room was perfect to spend a lazy Saturday. We wished we’d had more time to enjoy to cute back patio & hot tub. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean, thoughtful, cozy place

We will be back! This home was super clean, with expansive bedrooms and thoughtful features. The backyard was perfection for our small dog, as the fences were well kept and the backyard graded so no “escape holes” were present. The neighborhood was quiet yet w walking distance to the Main Street.

Spacious and clean

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. Large rooms with heating and cooling and plenty of ceiling fans. We arrived late and were greeted by lights so it wasn't too dark. Beds were comfortable and there were closets in each bedroom to accommodate hanging clothes. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed watching the various Roku streaming services on the holiday when everything was closed. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Home was exactly as it appeared, no surprises, comfortable and a good value. The family room and backyard is not accessible to anyone with mobility issues. My husband could not navigate the large drop step into those rooms, so could not enjoy the TV room, sofa or the backyard areas. Our biggest issue was the AC went out on an almost 100 degree day. I think the management company did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly. However, we had to attempt sleep in an 82 degree house and get ready in the morning, sweating in hot bathrooms. Not exactly what you want on vacation. We do feel this was preventable, the owner knew what the likely issue was, so it was not the first time. Also, the AC company said they had just been there 2 months prior. They had suggested 4 different maintenance items that were declined.

Perfect Stay!

This was a great property to stay and the attention to detail was absolutely amazing! Location was great, service was great (we ran out of paper goods and they were delivered to the house), and the size of the bedrooms were unreal! Would 100% stay here again and you can book this with full confidence you'll have a great stay. :)

This property was great and very close to main st and wonderful shopping. The property is also very close to wonderful hiking options like cross mountain and enchanted rock! We absolutely loved the heated cowboy pool with the chilly nights. We definitely would recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy the Fredericksburg area!

Fantastic home away from home!
