Enjoy a piece of Fredericksburg history at this charming Craftsman style guest house! Located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from Main St., this cozy home sleeps 8 guests. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a charming open-concept living/dining area, perfect for entertaining your entire group! Guests can enjoy the added convenience of a full size washer/dryer, exclusively for their use! Outside is a covered dining area, a masonry fire-pit, and a charcoal grill! Pass some time on the front porch rocking chairs, or cozy up in the hammock for some rest and relaxation! It's all possible when you gather here!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

In order to comply with the above ordinance and ensure guest safety, this property is outfitted with security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front door, driveway, and fenceline. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

We loved our stay!

This house was so comfortable and well cared for. Ours was a girls trip and everything we needed was provided. Close to town and many restaurants. Our favorite was a “no chores checkout “. Just lock the door and leave. Will stay there again for sure!

This adorable home could not have been better, from the amazing porch all decorated for Christmas, to the beautiful furnishings and decor inside. The backyard was amazing too with a nice table area, seating area, a great photo op area and jacuzzi that was warm when we got there. Me and three friends went for a girl's trip for the weekend to enjoy Fredericksburg for the holidays and it was the perfect place to stay! Everything you can thing of was provided! Any thing you might need in the kitchen was there and the bathrooms also. There was even a small portable fan in each bedroom closet and q-tips and cotton balls in the bathrooms, along with too many other things to list. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! Would definitely love to come back for another stay!
