Located just a short walk from the center of Main Street in historic downtown Fredericksburg, Studio B Guest House provides a relaxed setting for up to 12 guests. Whether a group of 1 or 12, guests have the accommodations and privacy of the entire 2800 sq. ft. house which includes 6 bedrooms with 3-1/2 baths. This home also includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, Smart TVs, dining room, laundry room, free Wi-Fi and so much more. The front porch area is perfect for relaxing in the swing and visiting with family/friends. The back porch area is equipped for grilling and eating outside.

Great location and super host

This property is great for groups of friends. The house is charming and extremely comfortable! The host is responsive and our visit in Fredericksburg was fun! The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks off of Main Street.

We had a group stay here for a weekend trip & the house was as listed. It was clean & the check-in & check-out processes were simple. There were also a lot of shops/restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here for trips to Fredericksburg.

Planned a girls weekend in wine country and your home was one of the best parts! Their hospitality was off the charts! Each room and all the details of this rental were amazing! Its location was also great for the places we went. We will definitely rent here again!

The house was wonderful! Everything you needed was provided - nice little touches throughout and the beds were so comfortable. The host was great and met us when we arrived to show us around. All the artwork in the house was done by her mother - and WOW! Beautiful. The location was perfect to be able to walk to town and restaurants. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great place for a Girls Weekend

We had a great time hanging out in this cute, old house. It reminded us of our grandmother’s or great grandmother’s home. It was very sweetly decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed each having our own rooms and having coffee on the front or back porches. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. It was a very enjoyable, relaxing weekend.

This is the most perfect house we have ever stayed at in Fredericksburg! Plenty of room in anything you need is available. Such thoughtful touches they have added to this house. Perfect distance to walk to town to go shopping or eating. Very quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The owners were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. Diana is a gracious and wonderful host. Her place is everything that we expected in a home. There were tons of amenities we weren't expecting like the bottle of wine, chocolates and candies, and even the milk and orange juice in the refrigerator. The place is spiffy clean and just perfect for a getaway in the hill country. Communication throughout is commendable. Definitely an A property with a wonderful host. Peaceful, easy, HUGE place!

We had a wonderful time staying here for my partner's birthday. We are a group of 8 adult friends (4 couples), and we loved staying at this house. It was HUGE (there are so many rooms!), full of character, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Diana was extremely communicative and caring. We especially loved having a cup of coffee on the front porch swing in the mornings. Would 100% stay here again. Amazing.

Fristers Weekend

We are a 50+ group of 9 ladies - "Fristers" - This Place was FANTASTIC! The accommodations were clean and cozy, loved the creative decor, the artwork, the patio seating was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine for us all. Long Dining table for eating or playing games, each had our Beds /Rooms - it was just Perfect! Walking distance to downtown Fredricksburg - Safe, Never even locked our doors. This beautiful house is worth all the stars! So clean!, Amazing decor! Beautiful artwork! Every detail was outstanding! Plenty of room for our ladies weekend!
