Our four Rockview Cabins feature six beds and come equipped with full kitchens, accommodating up to 12 guests in total. The Space:
Rockview Cabins features four accommodations with a total of six beds. Cabins 1 and 2 each come with a king bed, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private porch. Cabins 4 and 5 each offer two queen beds, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private porch. Cabin 4 specifically has wheelchair accessible accommodations. For those who love the outdoors, gather around the fire pit is perfect for al fresco dining and cozy evenings beneath the stars. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- No smoking on the premises inside or outside.
- Pets are not allowed (Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate 1 pet each with a $100 fee. No fencing on property. Pet must be leashed at all times. Please no pets in cabin 1 or 5.)
- No parties
- Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain.
- The water in this property is hard, but don't worry! We have a filtered water system and extra bottles for you to use during your stay.
- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
-Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
