Summary:
The Emerald on Acorn is a newly renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located just 1 block from Main Street.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up to accommodate guests with extra seating, mirrors and bathrobes to prepare for a fun day or night in Fredericksburg together!

The Space:
The open concept kitchen and living area serves as a perfect gathering place for the group to catch up while enjoying coffee or preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch and additional seating to come together and watch a show on the smart TV or play some games together.

The oversized egg chair located in the screened-in porch is a perfect place to perch up with your morning coffee, pastry, and a good book to start the day off right.

At the end of each day, head out to the backyard where you and your guests can enjoy a dip in the Cowboy Pool or the hot tub, covered by a pergola whimsically lit with string lights. Store your beverages, wine, and towels on the custom bar attached to the hot tub or take a seat at it while you chat with friends. No need to make the trek back inside for another drink or snacks - you can use the retro mini fridge located in the cute little shed next to the hot tub.

Grill up some of your favorites on the propane grill, then enjoy it with guests in the screened in porch or side porch and, for dessert, gather around the clean and convenient smokeless fire pit to roast up some marshmallows.

The vibrant and fun design of this home along with the thoughtfully curated amenities are sure to provide you and your guests with a great time during your stay here in Fredericksburg, TX!

Perfect vacation place

We love this cozy house very close to downtown Fredericksburg. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a great backyard. Highly recommended.

Perfect for bachelorette party!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and loved the home. The decor is very nice! The layout of the home was very accommodating for our group, and the beds were so comfy. Would absolutely stay again for any occasion!

We loved our stay here! The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed a beautiful fire in the backyard and the hot tub was spotless and well maintained. The neighborhood is very close to downtown Main Street. Joe is a gracious host to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

A real gem

We had a lovely stay at this very nicely decorated, updated home with lots of little extras. The space was more than adequate for our three couples. So nice to have a bedroom and bath for each. Close to all the local attractions. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We loved this house!!! It’s so, SO cute and the layout was perfect for our group of 5 girls. The location was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub too!! Joe was a breeze to work with and the house was spotless. We will definitely stay here again!!

CUTEST Home in Fredericksburg!

Newly remodeled, spotless, great location - can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s located walking distance to Main Street; very well equipped; and prompt, informative information from the owner. Go to Fredericksburg - stay here, hike Enchanted Rock & eat at Jack’s Chop House. A great weekend away.

Adorable cozy home close to all the fun!

We had such a lovely stay at Emerald on Acorn! It was the perfect stay for 3 couples. We each had our own bathroom which was a wonderful extra! We thoroughly enjoyed the cowboy pool and hot tub! Had an abundance of pillows and blankets and all the kitchen items we needed. Such adorable decor and very homey feeling. We walked to Main Street to enjoy dinner and a day of shopping. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Girls trip

This house was perfect for a girls trip. 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a plus. House had lots of room, well furnished with all you need plus extras you don’t get in all rentals. Communication with owner was easy. Location was perfect - close to town but away from the noise and traffic.

Wonderful property on a quiet street less than 2 blocks from Main St. Owner Joe was very responsive to our questions. The home worked very well for our party of 4 (older couple and 2 adult kids) and we recommend at least one day for a guided tasting tour.

Perfect Celebration Location!

The Emerald on Acorn is just that, a gem! Perfect house for 3 couples in town celebrating a 40th birthday. Plenty of entertaining space inside and outside with enough rooms and bathrooms to have privacy as well. The owner Joe provided us so much information and checked in over the weekend to make sure all was good. If I had a question I know he would respond immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!

New Years Eve Stay

The home was exactly as described in the listing and very cozy for our 2 day stay for new years eve. Very well stocked, as there were coffee items and some basic cooking items as well, on top of lots of utensils, cups/glasses, and cookware. Also stocked with firewood and some lighter fluid for the outdoor fire pit (not used). Hot tub was also great (there was a slight excess smell of what seemed like chlorine that could be addressed as it was causing irritation to the eye, but nothing that stopped the usage of the tub).

Sweet 16

Picked this house for my daughter and 4 friends to celebrate her sweet 16! The house itself is adorable and in a great location however it needs a bit of love and a deep clean. Special attention needs to be given to the furniture, walls, and some of the rugs. For the price per night and the photos my expectation was set a bit higher than what we experienced.
