Escape to the heart of Fredericksburg and unwind in this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow designed for comfort and charm. Inside, enjoy a spacious living area perfect for game nights or relaxing with a movie, a fully equipped kitchen, and a serene primary suite with a king bed, streaming TV, and ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Outside is where the magic happens—featuring a restored antique barn turned into your own private wine bar and dining cabana. Once partially burned in the 90s, this unique space now offers cozy seating, ambient lighting, and a full-size pool table for hours of fun. The backyard also includes a private hot tub and gas fire pit, surrounded by a beautifully maintained lawn and outdoor space.

Beautiful home and property, we loved it. Just noting that the indoor fireplace did not work for gas logs and the TVs in the Charred Bar - would not connect to the internet after several attempts with correct WiFi and Password which both issues were slightly disappointing...yet we really loved the home, the privacy, the location and other amenities.

Great experience. Clean, well apportioned, multiple outdoor sitting options for either coffee in morning or cocktail in the evening. We played pool and used the hot tub which was operating properly. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood within 1/2 mile of Main Street. We could easily walk there and visit several stores and restaurants. The house itself was phenomenal! The way it was laid out you had beautiful views of the trees and creek. Lots of windows and skylights kept it bright and cheery. Furnishings in all the rooms were comfortable. If you like sitting outside you will love all the outside spaces to hang out! The screened in patio was so comfy and there are several more places outside as well! The little covered barn with the pool table was fun too! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this renovated Hill Country home. The renovation was immaculate—everything felt brand new, bright, and spotless, with thoughtful details throughout.
