Brad is a great host, this is our house of choice when we come to Fredericksburg. One block off of Main St., very short walk to the Pacific War Museum. House is very clean, well kept property.

We absolutely loved this place. It is cute, cozy and super clean. You can’t really get a better location in town. Host was easy to work with and didn’t have any crazy check out rules or requirements. This was such a cute home. The location is absolutely perfect. You are about 3 min by walking to Main street. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. My husband and I will definitely be staying again.

This place was comfy and great location. Walking distance to everywhere important in Fredericksburg downtown. Nice comfy backyard with a little fire pit. Everything you need including a nice record album collection to listen to while chilling at the house. Will stay again.

Wonderful House, Great location!!

This place was in the perfect location for our stay in Fredericksburg! Just down the street from Otto’s, probably our favorite restaurant in town. The house and beds were perfect. Inside was decorated with all sorts of cool antique gadgets that were fun to play with and bring back memories. Sincere thanks to the host for making our stay perfect!

Peaceful escape

Such an endearing and fun little house, a great place to spend a week away from the big city to see the beautiful wildflowers, watch the eclipse, eat dinner at a local restaurant, and sip wine on the back patio under the stars. Great location, comfortable, quiet, clean, tasteful and fun decorations, it's all top notch. It's a wonderful house in a wonderful town. If we're ever coming through again, this is where we'll stay.

One block off of Main Street. Quiet area. 2 minute walk to Mamacitas or 8 min walk to the Brewing Co. House was clean and had all we needed for a long weekend. We will definitely keep this on our list of potential future visits.

Mini Getaway

I was just getting back from vacation and after traveling and a delayed flight we almost canceled due to the weather, boy where we glad we didn’t do such a thing. This was my husband and first time visiting Fredericksburg, from the moment we walked into the home it felt so welcoming and clean. We didn’t get to visit any vineyards due to weather but none the less the shops, bars and some restaurants where walking distance so no need to drive. I would most definitely look into booking this location again and coming back. The only thing that did suck was most places close early or close on Sundays and Mondays so maker sure you are looking into places before you go so you can visit the establishment in a timely manner.

Annual trip to Texas

I make an annual trip from NY to visit family near Houston,Texas. This year I wanted to visit Fredericksburg. This home was a great place to stay while we explored the area. Spent 2 nights but could have easily stayed all week. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, towels, cleaning supplies, etc even K-cups for the Keurig. Beds were comfy, bath has a large walk-in shower, we left behind severals travel size toiletries as they are not supplied. We didn't use it but there is a washer / dryer in the garage also a gated drive for privacy and additional security. We were entertained by the multitude of globes/maps, various wall art objects, mirrors, antique items, games, cards, large TV with many viewing platforms and even an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit and bbq. All of this within a few blocks of Main Street. Highly recommend if you want to visit Fredericksburg.
