Great housekeeper

We had an ok stay and that was thanks to the amazing housekeeper and the help of the owner and the lady at Absolute Charm trying to all work together. We received the text that the room was ready after we had been walking for hours. Unfortunately the room was not ready. The owner quickly had the housekeeper come and she showed up quickly and was super personable and respectful. Everything was done and we had a nice weekend.
