Located just a few minutes from Historic Downtown Fredericksburg and everything it has to offer, this is the perfect place to create everlasting memories in the scenic Texas Hill Country.

Limit 1 pet per reservation with a $45 per pet, per night fee.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

In order to comply with the above ordinance, this property is outfitted with security cameras. There is one security camera on each exterior wall. They are not actively monitored. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Great Place

We had a total of 4 couples staying at this property. Was a great experience. More than adequate room sizes and all the amenities were fantastic. Cooking stuff was great, putting course was out to very good use for all kind of games. All king size beds were very comfortable. Sauna was great also. Very close to all the festivities. Would highly recommend the stay.

Wonderful stay for a girls trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg! Our group of 8 loved the spacious layout – the king beds were extremely comfortable, and the open-concept living space was perfect for gathering and relaxing together. Totally surprised at the location, cleanliness, and amenities. We are all older than 73 years old. The house was large enough for all of us to enjoy without being crowded and each couple to have their own bathroom-Great!

Great House

The house was amazing! Loved the interior layout and the location with deer in the yard every morning. Only issue is that check-in was a little late to begin with at 4 pm and the cleaning crew was still cleaning the house until about 4:10 delaying our check-in. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family otherwise.

Beautiful home and comfortable and clean! The hot tub does not work and the sauna also didn't work, it at least wasn't easy to work- which was a bummer after getting in the hot tub and realizing it would not increase a temperature beyond 87 degrees! There was no information regarding the hot tub being out of commission which would have been greatly appreciated. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The presentation was beautiful, the space was generous and perfect for a large group, and the location couldn’t have been better. While we did notice a few ants on the kitchen counter, everything else was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this property.

The house is gorgeous and as pictures. I advised the host upon my check in about some issues and he managed to fix it within 3 days of our stay. I also advised of some areas that needed better cleaning but nothing major, we enjoyed cooking, the beds and the sauna A LOT! One thing to just mention, is the mosquitos out by the hot tub were out of control, we used repellent but it was overwhelming so we only used it once. Overall, great stay!

60th bday getaway

This is the best home we have ever rented. The layout was incredible, the kitchen had everything you need and more, the views 360 were amazing and the peace was unbelievable. For an avid golfer our son LOVED the putting green. We will definitely book this place again. Only negative goes to the hot tub. Water was a little dirty. But we spent hours in it anyway.

We absolutely loved this home—just as beautiful as pictured! The king-size beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was hands-down the best equipped of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. From high-end appliances (including a wine cooler) to every gadget, utensil, pot, and pan imaginable, it had everything you could need to cook a true gourmet meal. The spice selection was incredible, and having both a regular and Keurig coffee maker (with a large bowl of pods provided!) was such a thoughtful touch.My only frustration was with communication from the rental company. Before arrival, I asked specifically about the Keurig (since it was pictured) and whether there were casserole dishes, as I planned to cook. I was told they only offered “basic kitchen equipment” and couldn’t confirm about the Keurig. As a result, I brought several things that weren’t necessary once I saw how fully stocked the kitchen actually was.Aside from that, the house itself was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the putting green and hot tub, and it was nice that putters and plenty of beach towels were provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
