Orange Treat is a fully-remodeled spacious modern farmhouse. She has tons of natural light with an open kitchen-dining area great for conversation and good eats. The living area is comfortable and large. Each of the bedrooms is quiet and cozy. Outdoor seating is located on the back patio in close proximity to the hot tub.
You will have access to a BBQ (propane) for your outdoor cooking and dining pleasure. A fire pit is available for those cool evenings.
There's easy access to walking trails as well as a city-built footbridge that leads directly to Main Street. 750 steps and you'll be at Hondo's and Crossroads Steak House.

House was great! Lots of room, great kitchen/dining area, big tv room, large backyard, across from park and creek…grandson caught fish from the creek. Main Street is an easy 8-10 minute walk. You can walk to HEB or take a 3 minute drive. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our group of 10. House had plenty of space and we never felt crowded. Having 3 full bathrooms is a plus amd also the fire pit and hot tub. Our grandkids enjoyed watching the deer roam across the street at the park from the front window while eating at the dining table. They also enjoyed playing there and even my grandson and his dad did a little fishing at the creek. Great location just a 10 minute walk to main street. Overall would definitely recommend this home when visiting Fredericksburg

Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is so cute and very comfortable.The listing says it sleeps 10, but we felt that the top bunk which is supposed to sleep 2 people was too small for us adults so we wound up having two people sleep on the comfortable couch instead. Everyone was very happy with the place and we would stay there again!Loved the location and how close it is to walk to everything!

This was the perfect place to stay! The place had TONS of space and plenty of closets and bathrooms to accommodate 8 women. It is also conveniently located near Main street and a beautiful view of the deer in the park outside the front yard.Hot tub was also a great feature.I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had an adult getaway to Fredericksburg and the location of this home was perfect to make it to the main street area. All the shops, restaurants, etc.! We had a great stay here! The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, etc. We had an issue with the fridge not working and Karen was very responsive and sent someone out to fix it within a few hours. Easy 8 min walk to Main Street too!

House was great! Location was great! Only complaint is the listing of the property said it included a hot tub. It was a slight factor in our choice and the hot tub was actually broken. Besides that, it was a great stay!
