This place was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t be better in relation to downtown and access to shopping and eating. There was plenty of parking for our party as we had four different large vehicles. The house was spacious and accommodating to our entire party. The kitchen had plenty of cooking amenities as we did a considerable amount of cooking and eating in. We loved this old country farmhouse. The backyard and pool area is what really sets this place apart with plenty of room to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool or lounging in the hot tub. The outside shower and bathroom with plenty of covered seating was definitely a bonus. We would highly recommend this to anybody looking to stay here in Fredericksburg. Our entire party agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect house for our family for a 3 day getaway! The house is beautiful and well appointed to meet all of your needs. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor areas. The beds were all very comfortable and the house and property were extremely well maintained!! We will be back soon!

This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It was very roomy and comfortable very clean and the decor was delightful. The back yard was gorgeous like out of a magazine. We all agreed we plan to stay here next time we are in fb. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable ❤️

Perfect place for girls trip

An amazing property with many amenities! Since the pandemic some properties were bare bones and we needed to furnish everything (dish soap, garbage bags, etc) but we had soap in the kitchen and the bathrooms had shampoo, soap, etc. The house was even cuter than the pictures and had wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces. It was a great location for a girl's trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect in Every Way!

This is the nicest place I have stayed to date! What a charming house with every amenity! Cute, Cozy, Comfortable and Clean There were 5 of us in total. My daughter, my 3 daughters-in-law and me. The backyard was amazing and we had so much fun in the beautiful pool, playing games outside and roasting marshmellows in the fireplace! Can't recommend this place more!!!

I always get a little anxious when booking houses because sometimes the pictures don’t acutely represent the property but this was the exception!!! This property was more amazing than we could have imagined. Impeccably decorated, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor space- it truly had it all! We had 8 girls in our party and we all had plenty of space. Will definitely be coming back!

Peaceful, and felt like home.

This home is well cared for, clean, very comfortable and cozy. There’s plenty of space to gather together., and to take time to yourself to read a book or take a nap. The kitchen was well equipped., and the outdoor grill was in excellent shape the cleanest grill I’ve ever seen. We had a great time in the pool., it was a little cool getting in the water at first but acclimated quickly. There was one day when wasp were buzzing around overhead while we were in the pool so we got out.. the rest of the days that didn’t happen. The neighborhood is very quiet., it was nice to hear birds chirping in the morning, and just sit out by the pool and enjoy a meal and chat H-E-B is very close by, as as the downtown area though you have to drive there. Wineries and Orchards are close by too, so the location is perfect for anything you may want yo do. We would stay there again, we highly recommend it.

Annual Sibling wine trip

Great place private, no one behind can rent all 5 houses and all gather at this pool house patio and bar area. The house had double key deadbolts which is in violation of the national fire code as you are locked in without the key in the lock. There were 2 doors so it is impossible to have a key in both as we only had one. They said they would notify the owner when i informed them of the safety issue and violation. This violates fire code and must be fixed. IT may or may not be the same on the other 4 houses. minor issue nice to have makeup mirrors but the bad blues led light upstairs was so lo and off color could not see in the mirror. The hall bath top of sink is i guess about 52 plus inches and my sister at 5ft 2 could not wash her face as it was too high, highest. other wise the place was nice and in good condition... we stay at many VRBOS a year.

This property was amazing. The pool was awesome, especially with the extreme heat. The ac is the house worked perfectly. The pool house especially with the full bathroom is perfect when getting out of the pool. The management was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Awesome Home/Outdoor Areas are Tops!

We had a great visit at The Farmhouse and loved the home. Our favorite part was the back yard pool and outdoor living center although I must say the beds and bedding were so comfortable, everyone commented on how good they slept. I need the name/brand of the pillows and sheets please! Our group will be back, we had a blast!

Loved this house!

This house is so spacious and fit my group of friends & couples so well. Basically 2 living rooms which was wonderful. The backyard was AMAZING. So much space to hang out. Very quiet neighborhood…. Neighbors are very close but we had no issues with that.
