Walk to the canal and downtown!!! Cozy 1880 Fully Renovated townhome<br>

  • Downtown historic buildings have always fascinated me and I love to restore them back to their original beauty. We torn this house down to the studs and renovated everything. This home is close to the canal and about a 10 min easy walk to downtown. Close enough to enjoy all Frederick has to offer and tucked away on a quiet street.
    You will feel right at home here. The mattresses are amazing! You’ll have your best night sleep! It has been set up as if we were going to live there. It has everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to stay home. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown. If you need to you can call an Uber anytime. There is also a MARC train in town if you want to go into DC without the hassle of driving. I hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

We toyed with the idea of staying at at hotel - not as close to downtown - and I'm so glad we opted to stay at Danny's place. It was super cute and quaint and we definitely appreciated all of the very convenient touches, especially the fully stocked coffee bar. Prior to our stay he was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect little gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very well appointed clean and a perfect set up for our family. It was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend this place especially if you want a break from a hotel. It is walking distance to Main Street and in a nice quiet location. Perfect for Downtown-hopping

In town for a combination HS reunion and boys weekend, and couldn’t have been a better choice. Within a mile of literally all the restaurants, breweries, and shops that you would ever want to visit. A quiet urban part of town, convenient to everything.
