"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"Lovely property in a great location. Last timeI stayed was about 5 years ago, and it seemed a bit worn. Better overall condition this time, though some of the original (and unique) decor (like the nautical themed sail canopies over the beds) has been removed. My friends loved the location on the water."
