"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is lovely - our room was very spacious and had a lovely, private garden, which was quite special. The beds were very comfy and the towels were large and fluffy. We’ll be happy to return. "

"A last minute booking as we were catching up with family in the area and need somewhere we could put 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable - very quiet as well. Building shows its age and a few little maintenance items that need to be addressed but we left as a happy family and well rested!"

"Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again."
