Beautiful property, a quiet place to relax. The only thing I would recommend would be a brief instruction on how to adjust the mini split settings but that could just be my inexperience. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed in the lily Pad for two days And it was absolutely wonderful. The hostess had everything we needed, and she was quick to respond to a text. The place was super clean, cozy and Will definitely be staying here again on my trip back

I loved the tiny home feel. It was very quaint and quiet. Loved sitting outside watching birds.
We were in town for a funeral and stayed at this tiny home as an experiment. It was a good experience with the host and the home. I highly recommend if you find yourself near Franklinton.
There were farm fresh eggs in the kitchen and everything you could want for an evening stay. It can be hit or miss on short term house rentals, this was a home run.
My husband and I had a quick overnight in the area and the Lilypad was just what we needed to help us relax and unwind! The place is tucked away from city noises, but only a ten minute drive from the town! The property was beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures! We could not have asked for a better little get away! Can't wait to book again!!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway from the city. The communication with the host was superb, they were extremely accommodating, and the property was absolutely beautiful. There is a little trail into the woods from the tiny home that is very fun to explore. Loved the fire chiminea for when the weather got cooler at night! Easily one of my best VRBO experiences.
We loved the Lily Pad! Everything was appointed perfectly; each detail aesthetically and functionally placed with the care and welfare of the guest utmost in mind. And the quiet, country setting with the small, beautiful lake in view in the backyard was exquisite. All this brought us simple comfort and joy. Thank you for this gift.
A little hard to find but not hosts fault somebody hit the sign with the numbers. A little hot in the loft b from part. Just bring a fan. It was an amazing experience. A great kid free get away.
We decided to visit a local atv park and found this cute rental. The host was very responsive to questions and requests, We arrived in the middle of the night and checked in easily. There were 4 adults and the tiny house accommodated us comfortably. We awoke to the many extra touches our host had left for us. Fresh eggs, coffee beans with a grinder and fresh cream. The property was so peaceful and beautiful. The tiny house over looks a pond and it was nice to sit and enjoy coffee on the deck. Highly recommend this rental.
The space is absolutely delightful with many thoughtful details. It's immediately apparent this host put a lot of love in The Lily Pad. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! The property was beautiful and the house itself so well-decorated and cozy—you can tell how much thought was put into creating it. We definitely recommend staying here, it’s the perfect getaway to spend time together in a peaceful place.
We had a great stay. I think the pics of the property need to be updated to be a little more accurate. The grass was pretty high. But we were next to a beautiful horse and the cuteness and great a/c made up for anything else. We would go again!

Unfortunately I was sick and had to sleep on couch. It was ok..my inner ear made me nauseous when I tried to go upstairs.. it’s a great place for a small family.. my situation was jaded by my sickness..Needed more shower safety attention and more attention to windows where wood was forming holes because of moisture..my friend loved, loved loved it!
It is exactly as described. What a great escape- so sweet! If you choose to go, definitely do check out the driving directions for landmarks as google maps is iffy on the location.

The best thing I can say is that if you are looking for a place to completely decompress yourself from the stress of the hustle and bustle this is the place for you. Stars at night when it’s a clear sky and the sounds of nature instead of horns and sirens made this little getaway the most attractive of all.
