"You can hear everything through the walls. My bed was the cheapest frame you could buy and moved up and down every time I moved. The people’s bed above me did the same and every time they moved it sounded like thunder. The shower had black splatter on the walls where they didn’t clean it. I paid extra for the “better” WiFi only for it to not stream anything to the TVs that were supposed to stream. Asked for another pillow downstairs bc the 3 they gave me smelled weird, only for them to tell me...

"We attended the NASCAR races at Bristol and decided to boook a night in Johnson City. It was located about a half an hour away from the track. Easy access and due to our late arrival (after midnight) I called to let them know we would have a late check-in. We arrived around 1:30 am and were greeted almost immediately. Check in was quick and the service was friendly. We were surprised to find a full breakfast available in the morning as the listing stated “continental “. This was a welcomed addition. Super friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend staying here and will return next year!"

The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. "
