Betsie Bay House is located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in downtown Frankfort; a beach town that is known for its restaurants, ice cream shops and colorful surfing culture. Noise ordinance in effect at 10:00 p.m. No pets allowed. Only guests that book Betsie Bay House are allowed on premises. No exceptions.
Do not move furniture around. Do not move microwave because it will blow the circuit breaker in kitchen. Housekeepers charge $100 to reset it.
Keep storm doors closed once items are in and out Put umbrellas down when not using back patio or you will be charged $200.00 for replacement.
