Beach Town Escape - NEWLY-REMODELED & GORGEOUS! GREAT LOCATION AS WELL!

Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach.


NEIGHBORHOOD:

The cottage is walking distance from the fun and excitement of downtown Frankfort and its shops, cafes, and restaurants. It also walking distance (about 1 mile) from Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan. It is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain Resort (to the southeast), 10 minutes from Crystal Lake (to the northeast), 30 minutes from the start of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore (to the north), and about 60 minutes from downtown Traverse City (to the east). The cottage is really in an exceptional location to experience all that Northern Michigan has to offer!


GUEST ACCESS:

Guest have complete access to the entire property except for a storage closet and the storage shed in the backyard.


TRANSIT:

There is some limited public transportation via the Benzie Bus, but it is recommended that guests have their own vehicle.


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

(1) AIR-CONDITIONING: The cottage has window A/C installed during the summer months. It does not have central A/C.
(2) PARKING: Guests must park only in the driveway. Parking on the lawn or on any grassy area is strictly prohibited.

Great getaway!

Perfect Cottage Getaway!

The cottage was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient, just a couple blocks from downtown, only a few min to the beach. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and it is very cute inside. Communication with the property manager was great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, Peaceful Retreat

The house is conveniently located in a quiet part of town with everything you need. Just a short walk to downtown shops and the beach. Pet friendly too which is a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay

The location was quiet, easy to find and centrally located. Perfect for exploring the area and putting on a training class at a local business. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities were appreciated. I have to teach another class in the spring and I am hoping to stay again at this location.

Great Place to Stay

This place is charming. It's nicely decorated and very clean. And, it is close to downtown Frankfort, the Point Betsie lighthouse, and a grocery store. I appreciated that it is dog friendly and that there seemed to be no evidence that my dog could detect that other dogs had been in the house.

The property manager Hannah was great! Although it was just an overnight stay we were very comfortable. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable. We recommend this place. The area is beautiful.

Perfect Frankfort Stay

Loved the house and the area of town. The area is quieter than closer to the beach and great for walking and dog walking. It is still close enough to walk downtown, to the post office and grocery. The house was very comfortable and has everything I needed.

Beach Town Escape = Wonderful!!

The check in process was extremely easy and our host manager, Hannah, was quick to respond. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the grocery store. The inside was very inviting! It was clean, had all the amenities necessary and was just perfect for the two of us!

Great little house!

This is a sweet little house. It’s been nicely renovated and there was everything you could need. I needed it for only two nights for a last minute visit to see family and it was really nice to have house instead of going to a hotel. It’s great for 2 adults. I stayed here with my daughter and we loved it.

Great rental!

My husband and our two children 18 and 19 stayed for five days at this rental. It was just as it appeared in the pictures and it just description was accurate. The bedding was comfortable. We will stay again!

Cute house, walk-in ready. Had anything you could possibly need. Walkable distance to grocery store, downtown, farmers market, and brew pub. Hannah, property manager, was great. Good communication. Would stay here again!

Excellent and quiet location

The neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. It’s close to the beach and town. The cottage has everything we needed. We only used the downstairs but the upstairs was super nice too. Just be aware that the steps are super steep. We would love to stay again. Thanks.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful quiet and clean home!

My wife and I had a great time in this beautiful home with our old dog. Everything was perfect. Close to downtown and the beach, we had everything we were looking for plus more! The house was incredibly clean and the yard perfectly kept (and large). We had deer walk through in the evening and morning while we sat on the back porch. We will certainly be considering this place again next time we are looking for a trip in the Frankfort area!! Thank you!!

CUTENESS OVERLOAD

Never heard of this town. But the town is adorable. The rental was perfect. 3minutes from main part of town. Loved the set-up of the bedrooms upstairs. The whole town had Hocus Pocus vibes which were perfect for the fall season.

Cutest little house ever. Very nice to a have a full kitchen and laundry. Shower was excellent. Sleeping was phenomenal- comfortable, clean beds and so quiet. Storm Cloud brewery is only blocks away and it’s the best with amazing food and the craftiest of beers. Absolutely wonderful!
