"My friend and I stayed here only for one night, but we had such a wonderful time! The staff here is so friendly and pleasant, and they're also super helpful. The room was cozy, but comfortable, and we were able to order breakfast right to the room in the morning for a small charge. (However, they have a lovely breakfast buffet downstairs!) The town is sooo beautiful and walkable, and there's plenty of dining options, cafes, gelaterias, and beaches nearby. I would totally return here again!"

"The staff, in all respects, was amazing, professional and kind. They helped anyway they could…even to the point they got me a doctor within hours to come see and treat me for a bad back. The restaurants, train station and some shops are easy walking. It’s the place to stay if going to Portofino and visiting Cinque Terre! 1st Floor rooms much better than 2nd and 3rd floor. Really good breakfasts. Great place. "

"This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious. I’ve read about other negative experiences at this property with the older rooms but we didn’t have that experience at all. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is also quite good if you don’t feel like walking deeper into La Spezia for dinner. "
