"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"We enjoyed how central this hotel was to all that you may need in the Boston area as a traveler. We easily took the train from the airport and didn't even need to go outside to check into the hotel. The only downside of our stay was that we woke up one morning with a bug crawling on one of the pillows. We approached the staff at the front desk about this and were immediately dismissed, being told "At least it's not a bedbug". As a Bonvoy member, I would have expected more out of the staff to at least apologize for this."

"Great hotel overall inconvenient location. Pros: Very close to a T station (Symphony on the Green Line), room was clean and spacious, blackout curtains on windows, free breakfast snack included, and was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. Cons: Free "breakfast" was paltry-- it included only pre-packaged pastries and muffins, orange juice, and coffee. That's it. The bathroom had a strange design wherein it had a sliding door that did not lock, and the light from the sink part of bathroom was very bright (just a frosted wall separating it from beds) if turned on while others in the room were sleeping. Overall, though, I would stay it again and found it to be a good value."

"I found the employees working in lobby and restaurant very friendly and very willing to help in any way. Our room should have been vacuumed daily. Bed made and pj’s folded but toilet and floor looked like nothing done. It was difficult.for me to get my husband sitting in his wheelchair into and out of the handicapped room because of the threshold being slightly elevated."
