"Communication was outstanding. It is well situated to the beach and shops. It was a shame that the outdoor furniture had been stolen as it would have been so nice to sit out under the amazing covered deck there. But that was explained to us before we arrived. Over all it was a great place to stay. "

"Superb staff, great rooms, fabulous breakfast and the location is so convenient for the convention centre. We've stayed at a fair few places in Palmy but BK's is much quieter than most. Highly recommend if you want a good sleep."

"The room was very spacious it had a small balcony, a kitchenette which was a bit small but manageable and a hot tub which was round and accommodated more than 1 person, it was luxurious to use. Walkable to town, a bit noisy on the main road and we only saw 1 staff member who was pleasant but we did have to go away for an hour till the room was ready, which was already past the 2pm arrival time, but it was worth the wait."

"Kitchen and restaurant staff were definitely not attentive. No coffee until we told them, no toast bread until we told them, no milk until we told them etc. Not good considering the price. Seriously understaffed. I would never stay there again. "
