Hard Pass

With extensive renos, this property MAY become a 1 star one day...hope they start with getting heat into rooms (not good for late November stay...)

After a couple of nights having it sound like someone in my room was awakened again and turned on the lamp to investigate. I found multiple mice in my room. I gathered up my things at 2:00 am an left this motel to sleep in my truck I realize this is a budget motel and the price reflects that but having a mouse problem, the motel having broken down vehicles around the property and the area not having minimal maintenance for several years I would not recommend to anyone

This was a good stop over for our trip from AK to the lower 48. It is definitely a more worn down and older motel, but very clean and comfortable beds. The lady that checked us in (I think is the owner) was so pleasant and welcoming. We weren't too sure about it when we pulled up, but it ended up being a great stay. Other people staying were quiet. You could tell the walls were thin - but when we stayed nobody was being really noisy. Great to have a good night sleep and not pay a whole lot.
