"Friendly reception staff, pool attendants and shop. Great location and accommodation. We stayed in the 12 berth and it was really spacious. Would go back again and would highly recommended."

"We had a lovely stay. The views were amazing especially from our bedroom. The food was lovely. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 minor niggles. The diet coke was awful. Sorry to say as was locally produced but was definitely not to my taste or to many others and there was no other sugar free options only tonic which I personally don't like. Secondly the tv was in totally the wrong position. It couldn't be viewed from the bed on one side due to the position on the bed wall and also the hanging light fixtures were in the way. Luckily we didn't need the tv but we had lovely weather so weren't in our room much. Would definitely return and recommend."

"Staff smoking weed in the hotel. Hotel smells of weed and musky in different places. Room not cleaned until requested and then not cleaned properly. Broken window in room. Overall, the hotel was disgusting!!!!! "

"Every single member of staff that we encountered were friendly and welcoming, an absolute credit to the establishment. A beautiful hotel with plenty of charm & character, within a lovely garden setting. Our room was spacious, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits/toilet roll and the bed was super comfy. The three course lunch was delicious, filling & excellent value as was breakfast the next morning. Plenty of selection in the bar too. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stop and will definitely return in the future. "
