"The front of house staff were very very polite on arrival as for the restaurant the guy behind the bar was very friendly and knowledgeable and outstanding manners the food was fresh and very tasty as for the room unbelievably clean overall I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family without hesitation thanks to you all "

"Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. Very central and car parking is in multi-storey car park immediately behind apartments for eight pounds for 24hrs and can be paid when checking in. Convenience stores handily below apartment block. "

"Great staff throughout. Decent standard rooms and breakfast was OK. Better quality coffee at breakfast wouldn’t go a miss, the Nescafé machine is awful."

"On arrival at 5.45pm was told that would need to eat at 6pm as was too busy later on, 2nd evening was a curry event so had to travel out both evenings for food. Was told breakfast was u till 10am however it finished at 9.30am. Was told checkout on the Saturday was 10am however it was 11am on weekend, also housekeeping entered our room at 9.10am to clean we hadn’t even had our breakfast delivered which was due at 9.45 and was cold. "

"Not in the best of areas of the town No curtains only blinds and spotlights lit the room all night from car park Noisy Road at front and I was woken around 3am until gone 4am by people talking loudly Not one I would return too although staff were really good as was breakfast just a shame about the issues and location "

"The communication was brilliant and personal. The safety of the overall building didnt feel secure but it was okay in the actual room. But the off putting part was the area in which it was situated and we felt vunerable."
