"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des Missverständnisses mit der Agentur bezüglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. "Réserver, la veille pour le lendemain s’annonce compliqué cependant la proprio a tout fait pour que cela soit possible pour nous et je la remercie pour cela. We enjoyed a relaxed 2-night stay (in a spatious room), and especially enjoyed the 24/7-available wine bar as well as the sunrise on the estate with a coffee (included even if no breakfast is booked). "Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
