    Located in the Chevalier district on the second and top floor of a secure residence, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a large dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom with 140 cm bed, a separate toilet, a closet with washing machine and a large 20 m2 terrace with garden table and deckchairs...

    Don't worry about parking! A private parking space is reserved for you in front of the residence!





    Tourism: discover Fort Vauban, Fort Boyard, Ile Madame, Ile d'Aix, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, La Rochelle and Rochefort...

    Practicalities: SUPER U supermarket nearby and CASINO convenience store in town center.





    On your arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras who will introduce you to the house, hand you the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information and assist you if needed during your stay.
