  • Renovated, pleasant, relaxing, non-smoking family home:
    96m² + garden + terrace + lockable gates.
    Parking in interior driveway: up to 3 cars.
    Quiet area, 300 m from the sea; 750 m from the city center / shops

    Ground floor: large pantry / utility room (washing machine, workbench and tools) + entry + WC + living room + fitted kitchen (dishes, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob, extractor, Dutch oven, pressure cooker , blender...)

    FLOOR: 4 Bedrooms: 2 double beds 140 X 190 + 3 single beds 90 X 190
    Bathroom: shower, vanity unit, WC (sanibroyeur: forbidden to throw protections and wipes)
    Wooden floor upstairs, wooden staircase: in very good condition.

    Garden with trees (cherry, apricot, apple, hazel, oleander, bay laurel, rose, flowers .... // Private terraces // WIFI // House rented clean, made clean //

We had a real nice stay, enjoying the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach and the lively town center. The garden has a nice deck and old trees that provide natural shade.

Vacances en famille dans un havre de paix. Il ne manque rien. Le petit jardin permet de profiter du soleil. La ville et la plage sont à proximite à pied. La proprietaire est toujours disponible. Je recommande cette location!

Maison avec 4 chambres un grand jardin, un garage, une grande allée ou garer 2 voitures. Quartier résidentiel calme. A 10 minutes à pied du centre, 3 minutes de la plage sud... Uniquement à marée haute 10 min plage centrale marée haute ou basse. Jardin sympa... Sauf attaques de moustiques le soir. Maison bien équipée sauf la literie de la seconde chambre parents qui est beaucoup trop ancienne 😱😱😭😭...

Maison agréable et bien située

La maison est bien située car proche de la plage et pas trop près du centre ville donc calme le soir et en journée. Les commerces sont tout de même à proximité donc tout peut se faire à pied. Le jardin arboré est appréciable pour l'ombre. Merci pour la semaine de vacances.

Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée avec des pièces spacieuses dans un quartier calme, à 200m de la côte et à proximité directe du centre ville (10 min à pied); espace extérieur et terrasse ombragée, espace de stockage intérieur pour les vélos. L’accueil par téléphone et boîte à clé se passe bien. La propriétaire est sympathique. Le lit double de la chambre 4 est souple et peu confortable (ancienne literie). Il existe 6 marches entre le séjour et la terrasse du jardin.

Altes Haus mit Charme nahe von Strand und Stadt

Das Haus ist alt, aber es hat Charme, vor allem gefiel mir das helle Wohn-Esszimmer mit Zugang zum lauschigen Garten mit Holzterasse und Sitzgelegenheiten unter zwei riesigen Aprikosenbäumen. Die Küche ist modern und gut eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist auch modern, wenn auch etwas klein. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht für gemütliche Ferien. Praktisch ist auch das kleine Vorgärtchen und die Garage/ Waschküche wo man gut Velos parkieren kann Waschen und Wäsche aufhängen ist auch gut möglich.
