Located on the seafront, this single-story fisherman's cottage faces South Beach and comprises a kitchen-dining room, three adjoining bedrooms with sea views, and a shower room with WC. There is a small courtyard at the rear. Kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm). Amenities include a flat-screen TV, garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. The cottage measures 55 m². Nearby, it is situated opposite South Beach, 200 meters from the town center and all shops. A large beach and restaurants are also 200 meters away. The bus station is 500 meters away, the train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. Payments due upon arrival include a €500 security deposit, a €100 cleaning deposit, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pets €30/pet + a security deposit of €100. The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.

agréable

largement suffisant pour 2,c'est bien de se sentir au large. Le propriétaire très gentil habite juste à côté,et partage un couloir avec les locataires.pas vraiment gênant,mais nous n'avions pas été prévenus.Un coup de tondeuse dans le jardinet le rendrait +agréable. la situation est excellente (plage "devant la porte") et très bons commerces juste à côté:Parfait!

très bon emplacement, on est à coté de la plage et du centre ville à pied : point positif point négatif : les chambres sont en enfilades et la propreté n'est pas au rendez vous
