In a quiet street close to the town center, charming holiday home completely renovated, comprising entrance hall, living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a mezzanine with sleeping area, shower room and WC. Courtyard with outbuilding comprising: one bedroom, shower room/WC and small laundry room. Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ... Sleeping: 3 beds of 140. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, plancha. Surface area: 70 m². 200 m from the town center, large beach, South beach and North beach 500 m. Bus station 800 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min. TO BE PAYED upon arrival: security deposits of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. The rental is granted for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.

Maison superbe, très bien placée, au calme

Malgré la surprise du manque de ménage à notre arrivée, nous avons séjourné dans une maison top, superbe, au calme.. Le manque de parking nous avait fait un peu peur, mais en fait il y a tjs de la place pas très loin. Les plages sont proches à pied, le centre ville et tous les commerces nécessaire à 5min Je recommande vivement

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la maison, son équipement, la literie, etc., son emplacement, sa propreté (un petit oubli tout de même dans une des salles de bain, mais rien de grave!)J’y re-séjournerai volontiers.Et bonne gestion de la part de century21 Fouras.

Très beau logement où on se sent bien tout de suite.L équipement est complet.Tres bien situé nous n avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine.Le patio permet de profiter de l extérieur à l abris des regards.
