Across the street from the community forest for many walks, close to town (Arcata is pretty small though), great game room area for teenagers, lots of space, big smart TV, and a great sunroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We really liked this place and we will definitely want to stay again! "

"The house layout and location worked great for one party of 8 adults. We loved having a living room, kitchen, and dining table to play cards. Overall, the entire house needs a deep clean, including carpets, base boards, walls, and doors. "

The house was just as described: roomy, clean, well-appointed, with comfortable furniture and beds. Showers were hot, wifi worked great! Margo was a wonderful host, checking on to make sure we got in safely and had no issues. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Humboldt county. "

"This home has beautiful wood work, hardwood floors, and updated bathrooms. The master bed and pillows were super comfortable! (We only used this room) The home was well stocked with linens and paper products.This home sits among beautiful homes in a charming neighborhood. We felt safe walking to many shops and restaurants within a half mile of this home. It is also easy access to the highway to go to Eureka and the redwoods. We would stay again and highly recommend!
