"Such a convenient location for the beautiful Collioure. Little interaction with reception more with breakfast staff who were pleasant and friendly- nice breakfast. Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. Cafes and restaurants close by - communication with hotel residents via online app."

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel.
