I punti forti di questa struttura sono la posizione : infatti si trova nella bellissima zona di Roma Imperiale , le biciclette a disposizione , che consentono di raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro in pochi minuti e piacevolmente. Inoltre ha un giardino con un bel portico in legno x mangiare. Non meno importanti sono la dotazione di aria condizionata e la facilità di parcheggio di fronte alla proprietà. Infine i proprietari sono persone molto amichevoli e disponibili.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa Marina. La casa è piccolina ma è comoda ben attrezzata con un ampio giardino con veranda dove si può piacevolmente cenare. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni che ci erano necessarie su ristoranti e servizi in zona . Casa Marina si trova in una zona residenziale a 5 minuti di bici (fornite dai proprietari) dal centro e dal mare . Una vacanza sicuramente da consigliare.

la casa è piccolina ma accessoriata di tutto. La posizione è ottima, in zona tranquilla, le spiagge ed il centro raggiungibili in 5 minuti di bicicletta. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile.

Very old furniture, not clean, no Internet, no microwave, no hairdryer, no toaster
The small house is good located, appr. 20 minutes by foot to the beach. Friendly woman waited for us on arrival date an dgave the keys.The furniture is unfortunately very old, very dirty under the beds, in the corners, spiders were everywhere, ants in the bathroom. Many things presented on the website are not vailable, no Internet, no microwave, no hairdryer, no toaster. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, not convenient at all. Dissappointed because the environment is very beautiful.

Casa con bellissimo giardino in zona tranquilla
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa graziosa casetta con bellissimo giardino, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. La casa piccolina ma accogliente forse anche meglio dal vero che in foto, si trova in ottima posizione per godersi una vacanza in perfetto relax, con la bici si raggiungono la spiaggia e il centro in pochi minuti. Il quartiere dove si trova la casa è delizioso pieno di verde molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Consigliatissimo

Vacanza da dimenticare
La casa è come si presenta in foto, piccola, con lo stretto indispensabile e purtroppo invivibile nei periodi freddi. A parte il fatto che il riscaldamento al piano superiore andava solo parzialmente, il problema più grosso si è presentato al piano inferiore dove, come sono stati accesi i caloriferi, il pavimento ha iniziato a trasudare acqua rendendo la situazione invivibile. Il risultato è stato che ce ne siamo dovuti andare solo dopo poche ore ed è stato un vero peccato, perché sarebbe bastato un minimo di manutenzione in più fatta dai proprietari per rendere la vacanza gradevole (soprattutto visto il fatto che la prenotazione era stata effettuata molti mesi prima e non da un giorno all’altro). E mi dispiace anche il fatto che i proprietari, alle nostre lamentele, hanno risposto dicendoci che avrebbero mandato un idraulico a sistemare il problema; oggettivamente, perché avrei dovuto aspettare in casa il vostro idraulico per sistemare la vostra casa? Potevate benissimo fare tutti i controlli prima del nostro arrivo. Magari questa casa sarà fantastica in estate, ma nei periodi freddi è un vero incubo!
