Condomínio muito bom, com boa infraestrutura, ap. 415 necessitando de alguns reparos de manutenção, como manutenção no teto do banheiro... outro ponto que precisa melhorar é colocar um blackout nas janelas, pois como amanhece muito cedo, por volta de 5h da manhã horário local, o quarto fica claro cedo e quem vai com criança essa desperta logo cedo!! fora isso recomendo a todos!!

Razoável, devido o flat ser condomínio residencial tem algumas limitações uma delas só pode usar a piscina por 1 hora ao dia e tem que ser agendado, imagine que vc tem 2 filhos pequenos é meio complicado acabei não utilizando. Fora isso uma boa localização em frente a praia.

Foi excelente. O local é muito bom e bonito. Agradável, piscinas ótimas. Garagem para o veiculo. Apartamento bom com vista excelente para o mar. Fora a atencao que o pessoal da Diego Flats deu. A comunicação foi boa com o responsável, porém temos pontos importantes a salientar. O apartamento precisa de pintura urgente, as paredes e pórtas estão sujas e precisando de pintura, mcroondas estava sujo de gordura.O serviço de limpeza pode ser melhorado. quanto a estrutura é razoável. O condominio tem boa segurança e apesar de não termos utilizado a área de lazer é bem estruturada e agradável. A praia bem perto para boa caminhada é um ponto positivo.
