"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."
"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

"As soon as I arrived, I was helped by a friendly front desk staff (who spoke English as my Portuguese isn't fluent). Maria checked me in and was fantastic. Explaining the property as well as giving me ideas of things to do.
The room was exactly as the pictures. Clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The view was amazing and was nice to have a small balcony to enjoy.
The only two things I wish I had known before are that there is no coffee maker in the room (there is an included breakfast buffet but I like my coffee first thing as I am getting ready) and there is a safe in the room but you have to pay extra daily for the lock. I wish this information was included in the original posting. These are small gripes that have no effect on my overall experience.
