O hotel possui uma boa localização e quartos confortáveis, porém alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados, como a atualização do mobiliário e o tamanho da televisão nos quartos. Os colaboradores, tanto da recepção quanto da equipe de arrumação, foram muito gentis, simpáticos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia, o que merece destaque positivo. Entretanto, a experiência com a alimentação deixou bastante a desejar. Apesar de o restaurante possuir uma excelente estrutura, a qualidade dos alimentos servidos foi decepcionante. Em uma das ocasiões, solicitamos uma tapioca de queijo com tomate e o tomate veio com gosto de estragado, além da quantidade de queijo ser mínima. Infelizmente, situações semelhantes se repetiram ao longo da hospedagem, comprometendo nossa confiança no serviço de alimentação, a ponto de desistirmos até mesmo de pedir jantar no quarto por receio da qualidade dos pratos. O hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor, especialmente se houver mais atenção à qualidade do café da manhã e do serviço de restaurante.
