"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like not having an actual chair for the workspace so it was hard to work. The elevators were dirty and frankly they reaked of vape and other smells every time I stayed and I stayed 3 times in the last few weeks. The hallways downstairs near the elevators and exits were dirty. So while the room was clean each time I stayed and the entrance and breakfast area was clean, outside of that, the public areas were dirty. I only returned because it is a Hilton property that was more affordable."

"They had amazing customer service and the room was clean and had all the toiletries and amenities. I liked the complimentary cookies."

"Quick check-in, very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again. "

"There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in. "

"Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room was dated and needed re-caulking and maybe new shower tiling because it has broken sections. The lighting was maybe the worst part. Cold bright lights that make me feel like I’m in a hospital. Disappointing as Hilton is usually not too bad. "
